Do you have several years of experience as a millwright and you want to develop your career, take on more responsibilities and have more diversified tasks? Are you looking to combine manual work on the road, office work and customer contact?
Our team is in constant growth, and we are looking for a service technician who will occupy multiple functions in the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect Blade products directly at our customers
• Ensure the maintenance of a good relationship with the client
• Make a report of the situation with a list of recommendations
• Explain the problem to the customer and provide a solution, including possible need for internal parts sales
• Project management: follow up with customers and the internal sales department
• Ensure regular follow-ups with customers who will join our new service plan, including chip quality control, component verification and adjustment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Be available to travel around the United States (mainly in the South)
• Ability to complete a report and use Microsoft Office
• Experience in the sawing field will be considered an asset
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative and autonomy
• Enjoy contact with customers and aims customer satisfaction
• Have good problem-solving skills
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy doing precision work
